About the author
Dr. Robin Thomas is a Swiss dental surgeon passionate about prevention and innovation in oral health. A graduate in dental medicine, he co-founded the Clinique d’Hygiène Dentaire (CHD) in 2016 alongside Sofian Ameur and Thainara Mascaro. Their ambition: to democratize access to high-quality dental care in a welcoming and modern environment, far from the clichés of traditional dental practices.
Today, Dr. Thomas manages a network of six clinics located in Geneva, Lausanne, Meyrin, and Yverdon. He works as a practitioner and managing partner while ensuring high standards in both care and patient experience. CHD clinics are certified by the “Premium Dental Clinics” and “Slow Dentistry Global Network” labels, reflecting their commitment to quality and respect for patients’ time.
Versatile in his practice, Dr. Thomas works across several disciplines: hygiene, general dentistry, aesthetic dentistry, surgery, and orthodontics. He is also involved in public education through educational videos produced in partnership with healthcare organizations such as Groupe Mutuel.
Fluent in both French and English, Dr. Thomas places listening and education at the heart of his approach, offering each patient a reassuring and personalized experience. His human-centered approach and entrepreneurial mindset make him a key figure in dental medicine in French-speaking Switzerland.
